We strive to fill customer orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, your order will ship within two business days.
Occasionally, unexpectedly high demand for a particular product may result in a shipping delay. We do our best to minimize any delay, and to keep you advised if such a situation will affect your order.
At checkout, you will be asked to select a shipping method. If you choose Store Pickup, your order will be held for pickup at the Gloria Deo store in Omaha or Lincoln, NE. No shipping charge will apply.
If you choose Media Mail or Priority Mail, your order will ship via U.S. Postal Service.
All other orders will be shipped via UPS. Based on the shipping weight of the items included in your order at checkout, a real-time UPS shipping calculation will figure the actual shipping charge for the UPS method you have selected.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Within 30 days of delivery, you may return any of the following products purchased from catholicbibleshop.com for a full refund: books in their original condition; unopened CDs, DVDs, or software; and any other merchandise in new condition with original packaging and accessories.
We'll pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items (unless you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
We will issue partial refunds for the return of certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any book that has obvious signs of use.
Any CD, DVD, or software that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
